My wife Jean Died in January 2006 of ovarian cancer , She was a fit athlete, and loosing her was a shock for all of us, My Son has run two marathons raising over £2000 for ovarian cancer charities, and I have had two metal Detecting events raising another £3000, £1000 of which went to Ovarian Cancer action, Another event is planned for September this year, hopefully the money raised will help raise awareness to this terrible disease, and help the fight against it.
